The regional branches of Vigipack
® play a wide-ranging role in serving customers and markets: an in-the-field sales role with customised solutions, for example in setting software parameters; a more strategic sales role to take part in defining specific policies, upgrading products and winning new contracts; and a technical platform role as the Vigipack
® regional branches are regional distribution centres offering immediately available products and spare parts. To be fully responsive in installing and maintaining equipment, the four agencies are completed with back-up stocks that provide a balanced geographical distribution. The regional branches also provide an expertise/audit and training service that constitutes a relay for the training centre at PMC’s head office in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés.
